about yoga: what it is, its benefits, and who practices it. Most of these
beliefs are incorrect. Below is a list of some commonly held beliefs and the
truth about each one revealed for you.
Yes- yoga can be a serious workout and help you to lose weight. Yes- yoga will stretch your muscles & improve your flexibility. Yes- yoga will help relieve some stress and tension from your life. Yes- men can and do practice yoga all over the country on a regular basis. Yes- you will begin to feel the benefits of your yoga practice starting at the very first session. No- you will never be judged for not being flexible already. You are where you are; you improve from there. No- you do not need to wear any specially designed clothes to practice yoga. No- you will never be asked to do more than you are capable of doing. No- religious or spiritual views will not be imposed upon you when you practice yoga. No- you will never be bored during your yoga session when you have private training with Dashama! Whatever your current condition, you can do yoga. It is a fun, unique exercise that will benefit your body, mind and soul. It is such a pleasure to work with men who are open-minded to learn this ancient system.
