Itinerary:

Day 1- Oct 3: Check into Atzaro anytime after 2pm.
Get settled, explore the property.
Yoga/Meditation session that evening before dinner around 4:30pm.
Atzaro massage: 6pm
Dinner 7pm (in spain they eat later then USA, but we want to try to eat around 7pm each night, since its better for digestion).
*after that it will be free time all night in hot tubs, saunas, dance clubs are 15 minutes down the road, etc.

Day 2-5: 8am breakfast; 9am Yoga (90 minutes) 10:30am Brunch (if you missed breakfast); 12pm lunch (or whenever you want to eat) 2pm -free time (beach, excursions, hiking, spa, massages, smoothies by the pool, etc) Explore Ibiza (rent scooters optional) 6pm dinner 8pm meditation (optional) night time free time to explore, dance, play. We may organize as a group to rent a yacht or boat and go snorkeling or sailing one day. Another day we may organize a group hike. One day trip to the white sand beaches for sure. One night excursion to the dance clubs at night for sure. The final night Dashama will do the ceremonial yoga fire dancing at Atzaro. Time to Bliss out and Enjoy. Bring some books to read on the beach or by the pool. Schedule your 5 massages asap to reserve the optimal times.

Day 5: We travel from Atzaro to our beach front hotel to experience the beach life on the island of Ibiza-  This is a special treat and will be our last night for the retreat. Be ready for a beautiful treat of spa accomodations and ocean views you will never forget.

Day 6- Oct 9: Check out is by 11am. We will wake and do yoga at Sunrise the last morning. Each person gets 5 massages for the week, so if you have one scheduled for that last morning, it will be a great time to get that. Or take a dip in the pool, ocean, etc. Breakfast/Brunch around 9 or 10am. Check out and head to the airport or your next destination.

The days 2-6 schedule will be posted asap.
$500 non refundable deposit due by Sept 1.
