This style, I personally
developed. It is a combination of arts: yoga, martial
arts(thai
chi, kick boxing, qi gong), belly dancing,
and some basic gymnastic movements. It is a fun, sexy, rhythmic Vinyasa
practice, combining both standing and floor based series. It is
practiced to upbeat and uplifting music that makes you want to dance
and move your body. Spirituality and breath work are emphasized, as
well as physical strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus.
You will kick your legs, open your heart, spread your wings, move your hips, balance, breath, smile, laugh, and work your core muscles! |
