What is a Perfect 10 Lifestyle RETREAT?


So you've been living your life day to day, fulfilling your obligations and working toward checking things off of your to do lists…

A RETREAT is a time to escape your day to day life and EXPERIENCE a new realm. DISCOVER new possibilities for your life. And EXPLORE new levels of potential within you. BREAK THROUGH limitations and REALIZE new levels of GREATNESS that are inherent in your soul, waiting to be unveiled.

I only lead people on retreats in locations that inspire ADVENTURE and personal evolution. The locations are selected based upon energetic sustenance, availability of FUN activities nearby, and sacred space available for us to BE FULLY PRESENT with ourselves and the group.

Each RETREAT is unique, with the itinerary based upon the location and the available activities.



A few constants will always be present:

  1. Yoga Daily. To challenge your body, mind, spirit and bring your life into balance. Your raise the quality of your existence to the next level. To heal your heart and life. To free you from limitations. And to liberate you from the constant mind chatter.
  2. Meditation Daily. This is of paramount importance. We find answers from within. It is during these moments of silence and stillness that we are able to reconnect with the Source and feel complete and whole. With repeated meditation practice, your life will become more fluid. You will begin to access the sacred river, the stream of the mystery that delivers continual blessings and fulfills all of your dreams. We observe several meditation styles: silent, guided, yoga nidra, sound based, etc.

  3. Healthy Diet. This is integral to maximize your experience. You will feel lighter, cleaner, more open, joyful and free while eating the freshly prepared Perfect 10 Lifestyle cuisine. It is generally based upon about 70% raw vegan food, with optional cooked items such as fish, vegetables, grains, legumes and desserts. Everything is organic and prepared with love. Sometimes the workshop or retreat will call for us to FAST, in which case we will either only consume liquids, or juices.

  4. Music. We always incorporate music into our programs. This is fundamental, since sound is the language of the Universe. The frequency speaks to us at the subatomic levels, deep into our very being. Depending upon our activity, music is always selected to evoke a mood, an emotion and create space for energetic alignment with the activity we are about to embark upon. When the opportunity arises, we will always opt for live music, which allows us to be even more fully present, as we are aware of the source. We honor the musical angels who grace this planet. They are truly healers and channels of light. We will also experience the creativity of musical expression through chanting, drumming and other simple instruments. This helps you explore your creative expression, perhaps for the first time. Since creative expression is an aspect of the 5th Chakra, you will be encouraged to continue with these as you are able to, even after you leave the group.

  5. Journaling. This is something that we will do in groups, from time to time. Your writing is private, but I will guide you in a direction that will lead you to explore hidden dimensions of your life, and help you to find clarity and new direction. We will often incorporate goal setting, as well as acknowledge where you are experiencing weakness or challenges in your life, so we can focus on real, workable solutions that will raise the quality of your life to the next level and help you to evolve. Be prepared to discover your hidden potential and explore new realms of possibility for your life!


  6. Dancing. Many people tell me they are not dancers. Does this sound like you? Perhaps you used to dance, but feel you have outgrown it or something? Whatever your reason is, I am here to get your body moving, flowing and free. We will usually offer a Yoga Trance Dance at all retreats. To read about this in greater detail, click HERE. Additionally, some retreats will incorporate fire dancing practice, called POI, which is a Polynesian Ceremonial Dancing ritual, very healing, transformative and Fun.
