               FAQ

1. Q: What if I have a physical constraint like a hip replacement or knee injury, can I still exercise and do yoga?

A: Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients have some physical constraint they are dealing with. That is a very common thread among people who seek personal yoga and fitness training. First we sit down together and assess what your constraints are. Then I will work with you one on one to ensure you have proper form, alignment and technique. This will minimize your risk of injury and ensure you get the most effective workout that is possible for you. You will be surprised what your body can do, with the proper guidance.

2. Q: Will you help me figure out what to eat?

A: Yes. I believe that nutrition and diet play a huge role in all areas of your health and fitness. I work with my clients to see where there can be improvements to their diet, especially when and how much they are eating. One of the most effective tools I recommend is a food and fitness journal, which will keep you on track to reaching your goals.

3. Q. What if I don't have a lot of time to workout? Is it still possible to get in better shape if I just train 1 or 2 times a week?

A: The answer is yes. If you are currently not doing any exercise, even a day or two a week you will start to see results. It's important to be consistent though. If you do a day or two, then skip a month, you will be less likely to reap the benefits of your exercise and yoga program.

4. Q: How much do you charge for a session?

A: Please call for this answer. Although my rates are very competitive with other local trainers, it depends upon what it is you're looking for, as to what it will cost.

If you are seeking once a week, and live in West Palm Beach, that is going to cost more than if you can commit to train 2-3 times a week and you live in the Boca, Deerfield or Delray area. Also, if you are looking for the cheapest trainer, I may not be the one for you. Some trainers charge very low rates, but- as the saying goes- you often get what you pay for. Since the clients I work with get such great results, I have only a limited amount of availability.

5. Q. Will you drive to Jupiter to train me at my house (or Miami, or any other location that is over an hour away)?

A. The answer is, it depends. Traffic in S. FL is difficult at times. If you live far away from Boca Raton and want me to come to you, the travel time will be included in the fee.
